I offer massage sessions designed to support women at every stage of their life.

My specialty is postpartum home visits, offering restorative touch that supports your well-being and energy after birth.

Hi, I’m Nadia.

Mama Santai massage & care, slowing down intentionally

“Santai” means to relax and be unhurried.
At Mama Santai, I create a space where you can slow down, recharge, and nurture yourself, something we all need in today’s fast-paced world. Whether you’re embracing early motherhood, taking a pause for self-care, or simply looking for a restorative moment, my massage sessions offer support for every phase of a woman’s life.

Mama Santai massage & care,
your pillar of maternity care

Across many cultures, touch and massage have long been part of perinatal care, especially during the postpartum period, also known as pantang or Wochenbett.

Pregnancy massage eases tension and helps you reconnect with your changing body, deepen your intuition, and trust in the powerful transformation of becoming a mother.

Post natal massage offers a moment of rest, and body awareness during the early weeks after birth. In Malay and Indonesian traditions, it is common for new mothers to receive regular massage as part of their postpartum care and support. A bengkung (traditional belly wrap) may also be used as a wellness practice after massage.

Now you can experience this time-honored postpartum ritual in the comfort of your own home (in and around Munich) offered in English, German, Malay, and Bahasa Indonesia.

About me

Hi Mamas and Friends,

I'm a CIBTAC-certified therapist trained in Bali. I was born in Singapore and now live in Munich, Germany with my family and two children.

After the birth of our first daughter in Bali, I received daily postpartum massages for four weeks. My kind therapist, Ibu Ayu, helped restore my strength—physically through her healing touch, and emotionally through her calm, supportive presence.

When I gave birth to our second child in Munich, I couldn’t find a similar postpartum massage service. Instead, we were fortunate to be supported by our wonderful doula, Danielle, who offered gentle foot massages and became a great source of comfort during that tender time.

My passion is to share the pre and postpartum practices rooted in my Malay-Indonesian heritage and to hold a nurturing, genuine space for you on this raw and powerful journey through motherhood.

A baby may not remember who held them in those first days - but a mama will never forget
